Return Policy

Your satisfaction and shopping experience is very important to us and top priorities! We are always happy to answer questions about the products we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check material content, color, etc. If you have sizing or other questions, please email or call us before ordering.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. Excluded from this policy are specially markted "on sale" items. Items must be returned in original packaging and with the original tags attached to ensure full refund. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 14 days. Items "on sale", "clearance" or identified as "final sale" are not returnable. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sale price minus a 25% restocking fee. We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.

A return authorization number is also required. See below for more information.

If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the exchange. Item must be shipped back in a similar fashion to how it was received. Please include a copy of invoice so we know who to credit.

All returns are also subject to the following conditions:

Regular Price Items:

Return within 2 weeks of receiving your item and a refund will be issued in original form of payment excluding shipping, see above.

Returns within 21 days of receipt will receive a store credit.

Sale Price Items:

Sale price items include any item not purchased at the full retail price. These items are not refundable but we will gladly exchange it for a different size of the same item or give a store credit.
THERE ARE A FEW EXCEPTIONS:
  • Swimsuits are non-refundable.
  • Pettiskirts and Pettiskirt dresses may be exchanged for size only. They are non-refundable.
  • Seasonal and Holiday Apparel and Pajamas are considered final sales and not returnable.  We will be happy to exchange a size within 7 days and if size is not available, we will issue a store credit. Holiday Apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the Holidays. 
  • Items on sale or clearance discounted 50% or more are final sales and not returnable.

Exchanges:

FREE shipping on exchanges returned within 1 week! Placing a new order is the best way to ensure the size you want will be available and reserved for you.
Write the order number for your exchange on your returned invoice and a refund will be issued (including shipping charge for the new item if exchanged within 7 days). You may consider insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in the mail.

Return Authorization:

All returns require a return authorization number. You may request a return authorization by sending an email to martina@tiara-design.com.   to receive your authorization number.

After your return or exchange authorization number is received, please mail your exchange or return within 5 business days to the following address:
